Early Bird Fee Applied (until 15 April 2023)

The above fee covers all programme items including social functions. Expenses related to travel and accommodation in the location are not included.

Please do not send any payments prior to receiving an invoice via email stating your name and all the necessary details that will allow for clear identification of your payment.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing before 17 April 2023 and a cancellation fee amounting 100 EUR for administrative costs will be charged. After the above-mentioned deadline, we are unfortunately unable to refund any fees. However, in such cases substitutes are welcomed at no extra cost as long as the name, title and address of the substitute are communicated enough time ahead.
